4. How We Disclose Personal Data

We may disclose relevant personal data to organisations that help us operate the store and fulfil your order, including:

Shopify

The store is hosted and operated using Shopify. Shopify processes information required to provide the storefront, cart, checkout, hosting, security and related ecommerce services.

Shopify may process personal data on our behalf and may also process certain information under its own privacy terms when providing Shopify services directly to customers.

Payment Providers

Payment providers process payments, perform authentication, prevent fraud and manage payment disputes or chargebacks.

Shipping and Logistics Providers

We disclose the information reasonably required to deliver your order to couriers, postal operators, freight providers, customs agents, fulfilment providers and other logistics partners.

This normally includes your name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, order reference and relevant customs information.

If Figtiin Pte Ltd undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets or similar transaction, relevant personal data may be disclosed to the parties and advisers involved, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection arrangements.

5. International Transfers

3DIO World sells and ships products worldwide. Shopify, payment providers, logistics providers and other service providers may process personal data in countries outside Singapore or outside your country of residence.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that required under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012, unless an applicable exception applies.

Where required by other applicable privacy laws, international transfers may be supported by contractual safeguards, adequacy decisions or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.

7. Marketing Communications

We do not use information supplied solely for an order to send promotional marketing communications without an appropriate legal basis or separate consent.

Where you separately choose to receive marketing communications, you may withdraw that consent or unsubscribe at any time using the method provided in the message or by contacting us.

We will comply with applicable direct-marketing and Do Not Call requirements.

Transactional communications concerning an order, payment, delivery, claim, replacement, refund, security issue or policy update are not promotional marketing messages and may still be sent where necessary.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and the laws that apply.

When personal data is no longer required for a business or legal purpose, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it.

Shopify, payment providers and other service providers may retain information according to their own legal obligations and retention policies.

9. Protection of Personal Data

We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal data against:

  • Unauthorised access;

  • Unauthorised collection, use or disclosure;

  • Accidental loss;

  • Improper alteration;

  • Destruction;

  • Similar security risks.

Access to personal data is limited to persons and service providers that reasonably require it to perform their duties.

However, no website, electronic transmission or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should protect your account credentials, payment authentication information and devices from unauthorised access.

10. Data Breaches
