Shipping Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through 3DIO World are processed, shipped and delivered.

The 3DIO World online store is operated by Figtiin Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore, trading as 3DIO World (“3DIO World”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy together with our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Shipping Locations

We deliver within Singapore and to supported international destinations.

The availability of shipping to a particular country or region is determined by the shipping options displayed at checkout.

Shipping may not be available to every location. We may also be unable to ship certain products to particular destinations because of:

  • Courier restrictions;

  • Customs or import restrictions;

  • Product dimensions or weight;

  • Electrical or battery restrictions;

  • Remote-area limitations;

  • Sanctions or trade restrictions;

  • Local laws or regulations; or

  • Other logistical limitations.

If no shipping option appears after you enter your address at checkout, we are currently unable to ship that order to the selected destination.

2. Order Processing

Ready-Stock Products

Ready-stock orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after:

  • Full payment has been received;

  • The order has been accepted;

  • Payment verification has been completed; and

  • All information required to fulfil the order has been provided.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, inspect, pack and hand the order to the shipping provider. It does not include the carrier’s delivery time.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, sales, product launches or periods of unusually high demand may begin processing on the next business day.

We will contact you if an unexpected issue materially delays fulfilment.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made or personalised products require additional production time.

The applicable production estimate may be stated:

  • On the product page;

  • In the custom order quotation;

  • During communication with you; or

  • In the order confirmation.

Production begins only after we have received:

  • Full payment;

  • Complete customisation instructions;

  • Any required files, measurements or references; and

  • Approval of any proof or design confirmation we provide.

Delays in providing information or approving a proof will extend the estimated fulfilment period.

Custom production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

Digital Products

Digital products and downloads are not physically shipped.

Access instructions or download links will normally be provided electronically after payment and order processing.

Technical issues involving digital products should be reported to support@3dio.world.

3. Pre-Order Products

A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is not yet ready for immediate dispatch.

Full payment is collected at checkout to reserve the product.

Any production, arrival, release or shipping date shown for a pre-order is an estimate unless expressly described as guaranteed.

Pre-order timelines may change because of:

  • Product development;

  • Manufacturing schedules;

  • Quality-control requirements;

  • Material or component availability;

  • Supplier delays;

  • Freight disruption;

  • Customs clearance;

  • Regulatory requirements; or

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

We will provide an update where a material delay becomes known to us.

A change to an estimated pre-order date does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel the order, except where cancellation is required by applicable law or expressly offered by us.

If we determine that a pre-order product cannot be supplied, we will cancel the affected product and refund the amount paid for it.

4. Orders Containing Pre-Order and Ready-Stock Products

When an order contains both ready-stock and pre-order products, the entire order will be shipped together only after every product in the order is ready.

The ready-stock products will be reserved and held until the pre-order products become available.

The fulfilment timeline for the entire order will therefore follow the product with the latest estimated availability date.

Placing multiple products in the same order confirms that you agree to this combined-shipment arrangement.

We do not guarantee that an order can be divided after checkout.

Where we agree to split an order into separate shipments, additional shipping charges may apply. Any request must be submitted to support@3dio.world before the order enters fulfilment.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated or displayed at checkout based on factors that may include:

  • Delivery destination;

  • Product type;

  • Parcel weight;

  • Parcel dimensions;

  • Order value;

  • Shipping method; and

  • Available courier services.

The shipping charge displayed and accepted at checkout forms part of your order total.

We may offer free shipping or promotional shipping rates for qualifying orders. Any such offer is subject to its stated:

  • Destination;

  • Minimum spend;

  • Product eligibility;

  • Promotional period; and

  • Other conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, free shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, remote-area charges, address-correction charges or other fees imposed after dispatch by a government authority, courier or third party.

6. Delivery Estimates

Any delivery period displayed on the store, at checkout or in an order communication is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, unless we expressly state otherwise.

Estimated delivery time begins after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Delivery times may vary according to:

  • Destination;

  • Selected shipping method;

  • Carrier capacity;

  • Customs clearance;

  • Local delivery operations;

  • Public holidays;

  • Weather;

  • Remote-area access;

  • Security screening; and

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

An order may arrive before or after the estimated delivery period.

We are not responsible for a carrier delay that occurs after the parcel has been handed to the carrier, but we will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate.

7. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Where tracking is available, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking number or tracking link will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Tracking information may take some time to appear after the shipping label has been created or the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Not every shipping service provides full end-to-end tracking. The level and frequency of tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.

You are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

A shipping confirmation does not necessarily mean that the carrier has completed its first physical scan.

8. Accurate Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Recipient’s full name;

  • Building or property name;

  • Street address;

  • Unit or apartment number;

  • Postal or ZIP code;

  • City;

  • State or province;

  • Country;

  • Telephone number; and

  • Any delivery information reasonably required by the carrier.

Please review the address carefully before completing checkout.

Contact support@3dio.world immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect it.

You are responsible for reasonable additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied with the order, including:

  • Address-correction fees;

  • Return-to-sender charges;

  • Storage charges;

  • Reshipping costs; and

  • Customs or administrative charges.

This does not apply where the delivery error was caused by us.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

Depending on the carrier and destination, delivery may require:

  • A recipient to be present;

  • A signature;

  • Identity verification;

  • Collection from a service point; or

  • Payment of applicable customs charges.

Where delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may:

  • Attempt delivery again;

  • Contact the recipient;

  • Leave collection instructions;

  • Hold the parcel temporarily;

  • Deliver it to an authorised collection point; or

  • Return it to us.

You are responsible for responding to the carrier and collecting the parcel within the period specified by the carrier.

We are not responsible for a parcel being returned because:

  • No one was available to receive it;

  • The recipient did not respond to the carrier;

  • The parcel was not collected;

  • The delivery address was inaccurate or incomplete;

  • Access to the delivery location was unavailable;

  • Customs charges were not paid; or

  • Delivery was refused.

If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you after receiving and inspecting it.

Where reshipment is possible, you may be required to pay the new shipping charge and any costs incurred in recovering the parcel.

An order returned because of a failed delivery does not automatically qualify for cancellation or a full refund.

Any refund that we agree to provide may be reduced by unrecoverable shipping, return, customs, storage or handling expenses, subject to applicable consumer law.

10. Delivery to a Safe Place, Reception or Third Party

Where you authorise a carrier to leave a parcel:

  • At a safe place;

  • With a neighbour;

  • At reception;

  • With building management;

  • At a collection point; or

  • With another nominated person,

delivery to that authorised location or person may be treated as completed delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring that the nominated location is safe and suitable.

We are not responsible for loss occurring after delivery has been completed according to your delivery instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

11. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Other Charges

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties;

  • Import taxes;

  • Value-added tax;

  • Goods and services tax;

  • Brokerage charges;

  • Customs processing charges;

  • Local courier fees;

  • Storage charges; or

  • Other fees imposed by the destination country or service provider.

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to 3DIO World.

The recipient is responsible for:

  • Understanding the destination country’s import requirements;

  • Paying applicable duties, taxes and fees;

  • Providing information requested for customs clearance; and

  • Ensuring that the ordered products may lawfully be imported.

We do not control how foreign authorities classify products, assess taxes or calculate customs charges.

Customs authorities or shipping providers may contact the recipient directly for payment or information before releasing the parcel.

Failure to pay or respond may result in delay, return, abandonment or destruction of the parcel.

12. Customs Declarations

We will describe products and declare shipment values using order and product information reasonably required for customs purposes.

We will not:

  • Declare an order as a gift when it is a commercial purchase;

  • Intentionally understate the value of a shipment;

  • Provide false customs information; or

  • Alter an invoice to avoid legally payable duties or taxes.

Promotional discounts properly applied to an order may be reflected in the declared transaction value where permitted.

The final customs treatment is determined by the relevant authority.

13. Customs Delays

International shipments may be inspected or held by customs.

Customs processing is outside our direct control, and clearance times vary by destination.

A customs delay does not mean that the parcel has been lost.

You should respond promptly if the carrier or customs authority requests:

  • Proof of purchase;

  • Identification;

  • Tax information;

  • Import permits;

  • Product information; or

  • Payment of charges.

We will provide reasonable order documentation where available and appropriate.

14. Refused, Abandoned or Prohibited International Shipments

You are responsible for confirming that the ordered product may be imported into and used in the destination country.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, confiscated, destroyed or returned because of:

  • Import restrictions;

  • Failure to provide customs information;

  • Failure to pay duties or taxes;

  • Refusal to accept delivery;

  • An incorrect address; or

  • A customer-requested rejection,

the order will not automatically qualify for a refund.

Where the parcel is returned to us in resalable condition, we may assess whether a refund is appropriate.

Any approved refund may exclude or deduct:

  • Original shipping charges;

  • Return shipping charges;

  • Customs duties or taxes charged to us;

  • Brokerage charges;

  • Storage fees;

  • Disposal fees; and

  • Other unrecoverable costs.

Custom-made, personalised and digital products remain subject to their applicable final-sale conditions.

Nothing in this section limits a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Delayed Shipments

A delay may occur even where tracking information has not recently changed.

Before contacting us, please:

  • Review the tracking information;

  • Check for a carrier notice;

  • Confirm that the shipping address is correct;

  • Check with household members, reception or building management; and

  • Contact the carrier where appropriate.

Contact support@3dio.world if the parcel has materially exceeded the carrier’s estimated delivery period.

Please include:

  • Your name;

  • Order number;

  • Tracking number; and

  • A brief description of the issue.

We may ask you to allow additional time where the parcel remains in transit, under customs review or affected by a known carrier disruption.

16. Lost Shipments

A shipment is not considered lost solely because tracking has paused or an estimated delivery date has passed.

A parcel will normally be treated as lost only after the carrier:

  • Confirms that it cannot be located;

  • Completes its investigation;

  • Accepts a loss claim; or

  • Otherwise classifies the shipment as lost.

Where a shipment appears to be lost, we may open an investigation with the carrier.

You agree to provide reasonable assistance, including:

  • Confirming that the parcel was not received;

  • Checking the delivery location;

  • Supplying requested declarations;

  • Responding to the carrier; and

  • Providing any information reasonably required for the investigation.

The carrier’s investigation may take time and is outside our direct control.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost before completed delivery, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Sending a replacement;

  • Offering an alternative product;

  • Providing store credit; or

  • Issuing a refund.

A refund or replacement will not be issued twice if the original parcel is subsequently delivered.

Where a replacement is unavailable, an approved refund will include the amount paid for the lost item and the applicable shipping charge.

17. Parcels Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, you should promptly:

  • Check the delivery location;

  • Check around the property;

  • Ask household members;

  • Contact reception, security or building management;

  • Check with neighbours where appropriate; and

  • Contact the carrier.

You must then contact support@3dio.world as soon as reasonably possible with your order and tracking information.

We may request proof, a written declaration or cooperation with a carrier investigation.

A delivered tracking status does not automatically determine the outcome of a claim. We will consider the carrier’s records, delivery evidence, your delivery instructions and the circumstances of the shipment.

We are not responsible for theft or loss after a parcel has been properly delivered to the address, safe place, person or collection point authorised by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

18. Damaged Parcels and Defective Products

You must inspect the parcel promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@3dio.world within three calendar days of the carrier marking the item as delivered.

Your claim must include:

  • Your name;

  • Order number;

  • A clear description of the issue;

  • A continuous video showing the unopened parcel and the complete unboxing;

  • Clear photographs of the external packaging;

  • Clear photographs of the internal packaging; and

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect.

Keep the item and all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Do not return the item unless we instruct you to do so.

Approved damage and defect claims are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Our first resolution will ordinarily be a replacement, and we will cover the reasonable shipping cost of an approved replacement.

19. Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Contact support@3dio.world within three calendar days of delivery if:

  • An item is missing;

  • You received the wrong product;

  • You received the wrong quantity; or

  • The parcel appears to have been opened or tampered with.

Include:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • A continuous unboxing video;

  • Photographs of the parcel and its contents; and

  • Photographs of the shipping label.

We will review the evidence and provide an appropriate resolution where the claim is approved.

20. Separate Shipments

Although orders containing pre-order products are normally held until all products are ready, we may choose to divide an order into separate shipments where reasonably necessary.

This may occur because of:

  • Parcel-size restrictions;

  • Product availability;

  • Fulfilment arrangements;

  • Customs requirements;

  • Product safety; or

  • Carrier limitations.

Where we initiate a split shipment, you will not ordinarily be charged an additional shipping fee unless we obtain your agreement.

Separate parcels may arrive on different dates and have different tracking numbers.

21. Changes After Dispatch

Once a parcel has been dispatched, changes are controlled by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Any request to:

  • Redirect the parcel;

  • Change the address;

  • Hold the parcel;

  • Change the recipient; or

  • Reschedule delivery

may be subject to the carrier’s rules and additional fees.

You are responsible for any fee resulting from a change you request after dispatch.

We are not responsible where the carrier refuses or is unable to make the requested change.

22. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Fire or flood;

  • Public-health emergencies;

  • War, terrorism or civil disorder;

  • Government action;

  • Customs restrictions;

  • Labour disputes;

  • Transportation disruption;

  • Port congestion;

  • Courier service interruption;

  • Cyber incidents;

  • Power or communications failures;

  • Supplier disruption; or

  • Material shortages.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effects of such an event and provide an appropriate remedy if fulfilment becomes impossible.

23. Customer Privacy and Shipping Providers

To fulfil and deliver an order, we may provide relevant information to:

  • Couriers;

  • Postal operators;

  • Freight providers;

  • Fulfilment providers;

  • Customs agents;

  • Customs authorities; and

  • Other logistics service providers.

This information may include your:

  • Name;

  • Delivery address;

  • Telephone number;

  • Email address;

  • Order number;

  • Product information; and

  • Customs information.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

24. Consumer Rights

This Shipping Policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer right, statutory guarantee or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Where a provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable consumer law, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.
